Positive Change Bit by Bit

One small step to make 1 small change first and then adding to it bit by bit. Its rather like being 1 drop of water that becomes a sea. Small positive changes mount up to a sea full. Think of one rain drop meeting another & another until a trickle of water is going down the road, soon more trickles join forming a small stream, the stream grows in strength as more streams flow into it until it becomes a river that is forever moving forward towards the sea. And just like any river there are smooth patches where we float through gracefully & easily enjoying the view. At times, we paddle like mad because we are stuck against a rock or the murky bottom where we feel like little is happening or that we are going backwards, but sometimes this is necessary to move forward again. At these times, we may also need a nudge or a tow to get us moving in the right direction again. Of course, there are also the white water rapids moments where we just need to hang in for the ride, until we can draw breath, regroup, repair, reflect and continue on our way knowing more about ourselves & how to face ever changing tricky challenges. I was white water rafting & then found myself stuck on the murky muddy bed over these last few weeks.  I have had to move backwards only to start moving forward again. Have a good day :-)
